Knit cuff-down socks using the magic loop technique.
Sat 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/29 11:15 am -1:15 pm
The Back Socks pattern provides instruction for 10 different size socks from newborn to adult XL. Using simple increases and decreases, the heel elegantly forms between 2 x 2 ribbing. Easy enough for new sock knitters but engaging enough for knitters who are heel style curious. Sample in the shop.
Made with one 100g skein of sock yarn with a gauge of 28 - 32 stitches per inch. US 1 (2.25mm) or 1.5 (2.50mm) 40” circular needle with a flexible cord with little to no memory. Several bulb style markers.
Prerequisite: Some previous knit-in-the-round experience is preferred. Work at home between classes can be expected.
Class Instructor: Susan
NOTE - Yarn for projects must be purchased at KKN. Stop in before your first class for help selecting appropriate materials at a 10% discount.
